Society of the Year winners 2020 - Campaign of the Year winners 2025

We're an academic society based within the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Singleton Campus. While organising our own events for members we work closely with other groups including the sustainability team of the university and have external links to The South and West Wales branch of the Wildlife Trusts, Project Seagrass, and various other groups to ensure we're making a positive impact on our local environment and wildlife. 

We offer opportunities throughout the year to help out on a variety of projects, such as habitat restoration, ID workshops, mammal surveys as well as talks with guest speakers in the industry such as Love the Oceans who can provide avluable insights and career advice.

We are proud to announce that after 3 months of hard work we achieved 2nd place in the 2025 University Mammal Challenge (UMAC) run by the Mammal Society! We also collaborated with the university to obtain the Gold Accrediation for making Swansea University a Hedgehog Friendly Campus in 2023.
